Student and Worship Pastor
Jason came to Denton Wesleyan in June of 2010 to begin leading worship and young adult ministries. A few months later he stepped into the role of youth ministry as well. Jason studied Christian ministries with an emphasis on youth ministry at Southern Wesleyan University before traveling nationally with a band called Fighting Instinct for several years.
Jason married his wife Ashley Nichole Weekly in May of 2011. Ashley works for SunTrust and is also a student.
Jason and Ashley are now excited to be a part of the Denton community and are planning to add a new baby to that community in April of 2013! They have a heart for the youth of our community and desire for each of those youth to know the love of an amazing God.
